1. The service
Honest Mirror is an educational and self-reflection tool. It delivers a personalized Truth Report generated by automated analysis of the answers you yourself provide.
2. Not medical care
Honest Mirror does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, seek qualified human support or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Honest Mirror and to make a purchase.
4. Purchase and delivery
The Truth Report is a one-time purchase of $24.99 USD, processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. There is no subscription. After Stripe confirms your payment, your report is delivered as a web page at a private link.
5. Your report link
Your report is accessible to anyone who has its exact link. You are responsible for keeping that link private.
6. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase to support@honestmirror.ai. Refunds are subject to review and are not automatic. Approved refunds are processed manually and returned through the original payment method where technically applicable.
7. Automated analysis limitations
The analysis is automated and can be incomplete or incorrect. No outcome or result is guaranteed. The report reflects only the answers you provided.
8. Acceptable use
The report is for your personal use. Do not use the service in violation of law, and do not rely on it for medical, psychological, or clinical decisions.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Entity and governing law
The legal entity operating Honest Mirror and the governing law for these documents are pending final registration and legal review (OWNER/LEGAL PENDING). This page will be updated when that is complete.
