1. The service
Honest Mirror is an educational and self-reflection tool. It delivers a personalized Truth Report generated by automated analysis of the answers you yourself provide.
2. Not medical care
Honest Mirror does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, or clinical diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are in crisis or at risk of harming yourself or others, seek qualified human support or your local emergency services immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to use Honest Mirror and to make a purchase.
4. Purchase and delivery
The Truth Report is a one-time purchase of $24.99 USD, processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout page. There is no subscription. After Stripe confirms your payment, your report is delivered as a web page at a private link. If you buy after the 12-question preview, a preliminary report based on those 12 answers is available at your private link right after payment. That preliminary report is not equivalent to the full 60-question analysis: its dimension-level results are early signals only. You may optionally answer the remaining 48 questions at any time from the same link, at no extra cost, to receive the full analysis. The 7-day money-back guarantee in section 6 applies either way.
5. Your report link
Your report is accessible to anyone who has its exact link. You are responsible for keeping that link private.
6. Refunds -- 7-day money-back guarantee
If your report isn't useful to you, email support@honestmirror.ai within 7 calendar days of purchase and we will refund 100% of the price. No reason is required. Please include your purchase date and your report link. Refunds are processed manually and returned through the original payment method; once refunded, access to the report may be removed.
7. Automated analysis limitations
The analysis is automated and can be incomplete or incorrect. No outcome or result is guaranteed. The report reflects only the answers you provided.
8. Acceptable use
The report is for your personal use. Do not use the service in violation of law, and do not rely on it for medical, psychological, or clinical decisions.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Entity and governing law
The legal entity operating Honest Mirror is pending final registration and legal review. The governing law for these documents is pending final legal review. This page will be updated when that is complete.
